How to buy our products


1.Choose the product range from the upper menu bar (New Products, Facial, Silhouette and Body, Femininity, Pregnancy and Children, Alchemic Products, Ranges or Aromatherapy).
2.Choose the category you want from the various submenus.
3.Choose the product by clicking on it to see more information.
4.If you are interested, click on “add to my shopping cart”.
5.If you want to keep buying, repeat the process, but if you want to process your order, go to the upper left area where you will see a bag with the words “shopping cart”. Click and access your account where you will be able to see the summary of your order.
6.If you click on NEXT you will continue with the purchasing process.
7.If you click on KEEP SHOPPING, you can continue the experience before finalizing your order.
8.If you click on NEXT you begin the purchasing process and enter a simple registration panel where we ask you for basic data so that you can make your online purchases.
9.Once you have finalized this step, enter your address and postal data.
10.After finishing the data step, go on to the TYPE OF PAYMENT page and select a method of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Paypal, etc.
11.Confirm the order.
12.You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Can I trace my order?
Yes, Alqvimia will inform you of all the steps which your order follows until it leaves our facilities, once the order has left us, we will send you an e-mail with the delivery number of your order so that you can monitor transportation until it reaches your home using the website

How can I check the correct processing of the order?

What sould I do if the delivery does not match my order?
You can ask for a return and you should contact use at soporte@alqvimia.com providing all the information provided; the original order number and the order number and delivery note which you received.
Products will be changed provided that returned items are in perfect state and have not been either tried or used.
There is a 15 day period for product returns from the product reception date and all expenses for delivery will be charged to Alqvimia.

PayPal is a rapid and secure payment method via Internet. ?With PayPal you can easily pay for your purchases with your debit card, credit card or through your bank account.

Can I ask for the bill in the name of my company?
All deliveries come with a delivery note. To receive a bill, contact us at soporte@alqvimia.com, detailing the delivery note number with all the tax data of your company and we will send it to your e-mail address.

Is it safe to use my credit card when shopping on this website?
Yes, all data is SSL encrypted. Our TPV always seeks to guarantee authorization for the operation (CES).

Transport


Where do you deliver to?
Deliveries are limited to Spain (except the Canary Islands).

Where can I receive my delivery?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home address, work, etc., but never at a post office box number)

Delivery time is 72 hours on weekdays, depending on the location.

Returns


Causes which justify the return of a product.
The causes which we accept as justifying product return are:
•    Manufacturing defects *
•    Product not included in the original order
•    Transport mishap (breakage, etc.)

What should I do in order to return a product?
If the product meets the requirements for product return you should contact us at soporte@alqvimia.com and detail the delivery note number and the reason for the return. If the reason meets the abovementioned cases Alqvimia will pay the pick up and delivery charges and will change the product.

What is the time period for returned goods?
This depends in the reason for the return:
•    If due to manufacturing defects *…. 15 days from the delivery date of the product.
•    If it does not correspond with your order…. 15 days from the delivery date of the product.
•    Due to a transport incident (breakage, etc.) …. 48 hours from the delivery date of the product.

Product recommendations.
Alqvimia products are 100% natural as we do not use chemical preservatives or synthetic ingredients this means that our products are far more gentle than conventional chemical cosmetics. Alqvimia products are like cosmetic gems and they should be treated with care:

- Store Alqvimia products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
-    Do not expose to extreme temperatures.
-    Shake bottles and containers before using.
-    Clean openings and nozzles regularly to keep them free of impurities.

Is it normal that products change their smell and/or color?
Remember that our products are 100% natural and do not contain synthetic additives to modify their original color, fragrance or texture. Alqvimia cosmetics do not contain chemicals to keep their color, fragrance or texture stable, which means that some minor variations in color and smell may be considered normal in 100% natural products and on no account do these variations affect their high quality.

How long do products last for?
All our products are labeled in accordance with current regulations. If you look at the product label you will see an symbol of an open jar with a number inside; this is the PAO or Period After Opening. The number indicates the product lifetime after opening and its foreseeable period of use in months.
