- Aplica l'Oli Corporal Body Sculptor amb un suau massatge en les zones més afectades o per tot el cos.
- Vaporitza l'Aigua de Colònia que més t'agradi per tot el teu cos i el teu cabell.
- Durant el dia, beu abundant aigua, cuida la teva alimentació i realitza exercici regularment.
A la nit
- En arribar a casa, encén l Essential Candle de Alqvimia, i afegeix 10 gotes del Preparat d'Olis Essencials Anti-Stress al teu Difusor Matràs.
- Prepara un bany relaxant amb el Gel de Bany Body Sculptor.
- Mentre gaudeixes del teu bany relaxant, respira profundament, deixant enrere les preocupacions del dia.
- Amb la pell encara una mica humida, realitza friccions per tot el teu cos amb el tònic corporal Aigua de la Reina d'Hongria.
- Aplica't l'Oli Corporal Body Sculptor per tot el cos o en les zones a tractar, amb un suau massatge ascendent.

YIN
Etymologically it means “side of the mountain that provides shade”. The Yin energy is expansive, slow and centrifugal. Use
Apply in the bath or shower with a gentle upward massage all over the body with circular movements, which favor the formation of foam and the release of a stimulating fragrance. After the bath apply the Water of the Queen of Hungary through friction and then the Body Sculptor Body Oil for a complete night care, or the Body Sculptor Emulsion day.
Cautions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Avoid contact with your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

- After showering, rub the Queen of Hungary water tonic all over your body.

- During the day, drink plenty of water, take care of your diet and exercise regularly.
At night
- Prepare a relaxing bath with the Shape reducer bath and shower gel.
- As you enjoy your relaxing bath, take a deep breath, leaving the worries of the day behind.
- With your skin still slightly damp, rub Queen of Hungary water.
- Apply Body Sculptor Body Oil all over the body or on the areas to be treated, with a gentle upward massage.
Once or twice a week, use the Naturally Pure Body Scrub, a gentle natural exfoliator, which will give your skin elasticity and help to improve microcirculation, promoting skin renewal.
