USAGE MODE

Use

Apply in the bath or shower, with ascending circular movements all over the body, which aid the formation of foam and the release of a stimulating fragrance. After taking a bath, apply the Queen of Hungary water with a vigorous massage. For a complete care treatment, apply the Body Sculptor Body Oil.

Cautions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Avoid contact with your eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

In the morning

Take a shower with the Shape reducer bath and shower gel.
After showering, rub the Queen of Hungary water tonic all over your body.
Apply Body Sculptor Body Oil with a gentle massage to the most affected areas or all over the body.
Spray the Eau de Toilette of your choice all over your body and hair.
During the day, drink plenty of water, take care of your diet and exercise regularly.

At night

When you get home, light the Anti-Stress Essential Candle by Alqvimia, and add 10 drops of the Anti- Stress Essential Oil Blend to your Diffuser.
Prepare a relaxing bath with the Shape reducer bath and shower gel.
As you enjoy your relaxing bath, take a deep breath, leaving the worries of the day behind.

- With your skin still soft and supple, you'll feel like you're taking a bath.
With your skin still slightly damp, rub Queen of Hungary water.
Apply Body Sculptor Body Oil all over the body or on the areas to be treated, with a gentle upward massage.
