Aromatherapy Energizing Set consists of:
Flask diffuser and humidifier
A diffuser created to transform the atmosphere with the fragrances of essential oils. Made of noble materials such as ceramic, with two nebulisation modes (constant or cyclical) and an elegant, simple and natural design. Under the effect of the ultrasonic vibrations, the essential oils suspended in the water are dispersed alchemically as an aromatic nebulisation composed of millions of microparticles.
Energizing Essential Oil Blend 10 ml
A preparation of Essential Oils with a formula designed to provide strength and vitality, giving a toning, stimulating and energising effect to the body. It activates the circulation of vital energy or Qi. The Energetic Essential Oil Preparation is an active synergy of essential oils that has a detoxifying, revitalising and stimulating effect.
YIN/YANG
Being Yin-Yang balanced means being energetically aligned. This is everyone’s goal. It is important to maintain a state of well-being, not only focusing on physical balance but also preserving a mental and spiritual balance, because they are interconnected.
Pay attention to the following symbols which you will find on our packaging:
Indicates a product with a Yin charge, meaning it is appropriate for counteracting Yang imbalances.
Indicates a product with a Yang charge, meaning it is appropriate for counteracting Yin imbalances.
Indicates a product with a Yin-Yang charge, meaning it is appropriate for counteracting either Yin or Yang imbalances.

Flask diffuser and humidifier
Use
Fill the flask to the indicated line with mineral water, following the instructions in the instruction manual. Add 10 drops of the desired essential oils. Press the ignition button.
Energizing Essential Oil Blend
Use
Diffuser: the use of heat-free diffusers such as the ALQVIMIA Diffuser is recommended, since heat modifies the properties of the oil. Use a maximum of 10 drops of Essential Oil Blend in the diffuser.
Bath: dilute a maximum of 10-15 drops of Essential Oil Blend in a small amount of milk (vegetable or animal), yogurt, honey, salt or Bath Gel. This is because Essential Oils are not soluble in water and need a vehicle to be dissolve in thebath.
Steam Inhalation: apply a maximum of 5 drops of Essential Oil Blend on a hot water pot with approximately 1-2 liters of water, and inhale by covering the head and the pot with a towel, this will help steam for longer.
Sauna: dilute a maximum of 2 drops of the Essential Oil Blend for every 500ml of water used in the sauna.
Air freshener spray: the use of Anti-Stress Eau de Toilette by Alqvimia is recommended.
