The refreshing Peppermint Essential Oil has been the natural remedy for headaches for centuries. Formerly, it was used by applying it, previously dissolved in a little Vegetable Oil, directly on the temples, the neck, and those parts where the pain appeared. They said that mint had the ability to dissipate discomfort, providing mental clarity.
Because of its cold effect, it was also used in compresses or as a massage oil, to treat heaviness in the legs.
